HSEQ MANAGER
ENVALIOR sites Kallo & Lillo
Your role:
As an HSEQ Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in championing the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality culture across our organization. Your passion for inclusivity will ensure that all employees, regardless of their background, have equal access to a safe and thriving work environment. Your enthusiasm for excellence will drive our commitment to achieving the highest standards in health, safety, environmental practices, and quality management. As a HSEQ manager you will be a member of the management team in Antwerp and lead a team of committed professionals. Together with the team, you will set-up and implement an overall HSEQ strategy for both sites in Kallo and Lillo, in line the overall strategy of Envalior.
You will report directly to the site manager/managing director.
Your Main Responsibilities
- You will be the head of the internal department for safety and prevention
- Lead or support audits for HSEQ (governmental audits, internal and external audits)
- Participate as representative for Envalior nv in external workshops
- Be a representative for Envalior nv towards the authorities
- Setup and maintain the integrated management system of Envalior nv, complying the requirements of Envalior, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO50001 in support of effective and efficient management of business
The ideal:
- You have a University degree, preferably masters in Engineering.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience as a prevention advisor.
- You have effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A knowledge of care systems (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO50001) is a great added value
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
