Your role:
You will be assigned to support the section Manager of General Affairs & Facilities in developing and implementing the necessary Health & Safety policies that support the company’s overall strategy.
Tasks & Responsibilities:

On all matters of the law ; risk analyses, annual plans, training, organization of work stations, fire procedures, …,
Administration by making the monthly and annual reports, formulate advice on the annual and global action plans, accident analyses
Providing assistance
On identifying hazards, participating in analyses and investigations, gathering information by site visits, audits and reports,…
Help realize
On cooperation in emergency procedures, coordination of third parties, first aid, …
Profile:
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent with genuine technical and wellbeing interest
- You have a diploma in Prevention Advisor level 2 with relevant production site experience
- You are an excellent communicator; take time to listen and recognize subtle differences
- You are able to motivate people in their daily duties and objectives and to deal with a broad variety of stakeholders. You are present and, most important, visible in the organization and encourage collaboration
- You have a pro-active attitude in relation to stakeholder management
- You are hands-on; can quickly find common ground and solve problems for the good of all
- You speak fluently Dutch and English
